Star Wars Jedi: Survivor takes place five years after the first game, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, and follows Cal Kestis, one of the few survivors of the Great Jedi Purge, as he fights against the Galactic Empire and the forces of the Dark Side as they try to eliminate the remaining Jedi.
The game uses a mixture of traditional voice acting and motion capture for its characters. Many characters are modeled after a likeness of their voice actor, while others are droids or alien creatures. Below is a list of the main characters featured in the game and some insight into who is playing them.
12 Turgle | Richard Steven Horvitz
A new character for the Star Wars canon introduced in this game, Turgle is a frog-like creature who frequents Pylon's Saloon. A quickly beloved character by fans, Turgle is voiced by seasoned voice actor Richard Steven Horvitz, known for voicing Zim in Invader Zim, and Billy in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, among multiple other credits.
You can find Turgle on the planet Koboh, where part of the game's story will involve assisting him. Turgle is a comedic character, matching the personality of other characters in Horvitz's work.
11 Merrin | Tina Ivlev
A Dathomirian Nightsister during the Imperial Era, Merrin is the only Nightsister to survive the massacre during the Clone Wars. She has fallen to the Dark Side, blaming the Jedi for the loss of those close to her and causing her to go after Cal and other surviving Jedi.
Merrin is played by Tina Ivlev, who originated the character in the previous game. Ivlev has previously crossed paths with the actor who plays Cal Kestis, having a brief feature as Freelania Alexeyevich in the show Shameless.
10 Rayvis | D.C. Douglas
Rayvis is a Gen'Dai who orders a hit on Cal Kestis and leads a group known as the Bedlam Raiders. He is voiced by D.C. Douglas, a seasoned video game voice actor who has played feature roles in other games like Honkai: Star Rail as Svarog, and Crewman Hawthorne in Mass Effect 2.
Douglas also has a live-action acting career, having appeared in the cult film Sharknado 2: The Second One as Bud, and acting in three different roles in the soap opera Days of Our Lives.
9 Doma Dendra | Rebecca Wisocky
Doma Dendra is a Waluna who owns an antique store, Dendra's Antiquities, during the Imperial Era on the planet Koboh. Her voice actor, Rebecca Wisocky, is known for playing antagonist Evelyn Powell in Devious Maids, and also for being Hetty Woodstone in the CBS comedy series, Ghosts.
She is one of two cast members who appear in American Horror Story, playing Lorraine Harvey in the show's first season. Wisocky has guest starred in a number of television series, such as Law and Order, NCIS, The Sopranos, and Bones.
8 ZN-A4 (Zee) | Kendal Rae
Zee was an ally of Santari Khri during the High Republic era, and then she became trapped for centuries on the planet Koboh. Kendal Rae, who voices Zee, has also voiced the character Tanta Cinta in Forspoken.
Kendal Rae is known in Australia for appearing in nearly 500 episodes of the educational children's show, The Shak, as Picasso, starting when she was only 17 years old. She also starred as Hannah Waters in the movie Deadland, which premiered at South by Southwest.
7 Eno Cordova | Tony Amendola
Eno Cordova was a Jedi Master, as well as a scholar and archaeologist, for the Jedi Order. Cordova served as a master for Cere Junda when she was a Padawan. He is portrayed by Tona Amendola, known for playing the role of Gepetto in the ABC drama Once Upon a Time, and Master Bra'tac in Stargate SG-1.
Amendola has also appeared in several popular shows, such as Dexter, Will & Grace, and The X-Files. He had a role in a popular episode of Seinfeld where he portrayed author Salman Rushdie.
6 Santari Khri | Tracy Ifeachor
Santari Khri was a Jedi Master within the Jedi Order during the High Republic Era as well as a friend to Dagan Gera. Khri is portrayed by Tracy Ifeachor, who has lent her voice to a Star Wars game before, voicing Elarea Aldraste, Lord Adacin, and Major Korven for the Knights of the Eternal Throne expansion of Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Ifeachor also portrayed Abigail Naismith in the Doctor Who Christmas special, The End of Time, the final two episodes that featured David Tennant’s Doctor.
5 Cere Junda | Debra Wilson
Cere Junda is the mentor of Cal Kestis, herself having been taught by Eno Cordova. Debra Wilson, who portrays this character, is well known for being the longest-serving original cast member of the sketch comedy show Mad TV, appearing on the show for nearly a decade.
Wilson has lent her voice to many games before, such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Destiny 2, Halo Infinite, and League of Legends. She is also featured as Amanda Waller in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
4 BD-1 | Ben Burtt
BD-1 is the explorer droid who accompanied Eno Cordova during the Galactic Republic and then joined Jedi Cal Kestis. Ben Burtt, BD-1's voice actor, is a sound designer who has worked previously on nearly all installments of the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises, having created the sounds of R2-D2, the lightsaber hum, Darth Vader's breathing, and many other iconic Star Wars sounds.
This droid is the second robot character played by the voice actor, the first being Wall-E.
3 Dagan Gera | Cody Fern
Dagan Gera was a humanoid who served as Jedi Master during the High Republic Era. He was a powerful member of the Jedi Order, and even discovered the planet Tanalorr. Gera serves as a major antagonist for most of the game's story, which is fitting to most of the roles the actor who portrays him is known for.
Dagan Gera is played by Cody Fern, who is famous for his roles in American Crime Story and American Horror Story, notably playing the non-human villain Michael Langdon in the latter.
2 Bode Akuna | Noshir Dalal
Bode Akuna was a knight of the Jedi Order during the Clone Wars, who then becomes an ally to Cal Kestis. Akuna is played by Noshir Dalal, who has been a cast member of multiple Star Wars video games and series, including The Bad Batch, The Old Republic - Legacy of the Sith, and Squadrons.
The actor has done voice-over work for major characters in other games, having lent his voice to Charles Smith in Red Dead Redemption II and Khalil in Call of Duty Black Ops III.
1 Cal Kestis | Cameron Monaghan
Cal Kestis is the Jedi protagonist of the game, which follows his journey five years after escaping Darth Vader and leaving Bogano. Cameron Monaghan portrays him and has an extensive amount of credits as he began acting at a young age, having some of his early roles in shows like Malcolm in the Middle and Criminal Minds.
Notably, Monaghan may be most known for playing Ian Gallagher on the hit show Shameless for ten years, and twins Jerome and Jeremiah Valeska, the origins of The Joker, on the show Gotham.
