Hidden throughout Resident Evil 4 Remake are sixteen Clockwork Castellans - wind-up dolls in the likeness of the villainous Count Ramon Salazar. Destroying all of them completes the Revolution Wind-Up Challenge and unlocks its associated Trophy or Achievement. Once a Castellan has been destroyed, it stays broken through all subsequent playthroughs, so you only need to find each one once.
There's one Clockwork Castellan hidden in each chapter. Most of them are hidden well off the beaten path, so keep your ears out for the ticking sound that the dolls make when they're nearby!

How To Find The Clockwork Castellan In Chapter One
When you reach the Lakeside Settlement, you’ll see a stone building in the middle. It’s almost entirely boarded up, but you can climb through a window in the back. Once you’re inside, stand with your back to the left-hand wall and look toward the rafters. You’ll just barely be able to see the Clockwork Castellan’s head on the right.

After using the Hexagon Emblem to leave the Abandoned Factory, you'll soon come to an area with a flock of crows. In the Merchant’s Hideout near the Lake, climb down to the docks and go all the way forward and to the right. There’s a Clockwork Castellan hidden in the upper right corner - look through a crack in the wall to see and shoot it.
How To Find The Clockwork Castellan In Chapter Four
Once you're able to travel the lake freely, go to the northwest corner to return to the Lakeside Settlement. Use the Insignia Key to open the locked gate near the palisade wall. Inside, turn right and climb the ladder in the storage room.
At the top, walk straight ahead past the Forest Altar and aim between the beams of the broken fence to shoot the Castellan beyond.
A new group of Ganados and Colmillos will appear in the Lakeside Settlement when you return from the Forest Altar!

Once you’ve rescued Ashley and returned to the Village Square, take a detour back to the Village Chief’s House. Pull the lever in the master bedroom to reveal a ladder and have Ashley climb up. In the attic, look through the hole in the center of the far wall to find a wind-up doll.

How To Find The Clockwork Castellan In Chapter Eight
When you climb to the top of the battlements and El Gigante starts throwing boulders at you, jump down to the right. Fight your way to the ladder on the opposite tower and climb up. Walk around the edge of the tower clockwise. At the end of the path, a Clockwork Castellan sits in easy view on a crate.
You can return to the battlements in Chapter Nine to hunt for this Castellan without having to avoid El Gigante’s attacks.
How To Find The Clockwork Castellan In Chapter Nine
When you descend into the Courtyard, take a left at the locked stairs leading to the Grand Hall. At the fork, go left, then right, then left, then right until you find yourself underneath the room where you started the chapter. The Clockwork Castellan is tucked between the right-hand wall and the crates where the First Aid Spray is sitting.

After the first mine cart sequence, enter the room at the top of the stairs. Kill the Ganados inside, then look on the ledge over the doors facing the tracks to spot a Castellan.

How To Find The Clockwork Castellan In Chapter Sixteen
The final Clockwork Castellan in the game is devilishly hidden during the timed escape sequence. Once Saddler is dead, you’ll have two minutes to flee the island before it explodes.
There's a typewriter at the bottom of the elevator when the escape timer starts. Saving there allows you to go back and try again if you miss the Castellan or take too long looking for it.
After helping Ashley jump across a chasm, you’ll pass through a door. Immediately inside, look for a blue forklift on the right. Aim through the cabin to shoot the final Clockwork Castellan!
