While some of the abilities you can collect for Link in Tears of the Kingdom are more general and practical in their utility, some are far more specific, being required to solve unique puzzles. We're talking, of course, about Recall.

Recall allows you to Rewind the path of an object for a few seconds, sending it back where it came from, reversing its trajectory, or otherwise allowing you to interact with the world in a totally new way. While you can't, for example, send arrows back to enemies in battle, Recall is a crucial skill to master.

How To Reach Nachoyah Shrine

Tears of the Kingdom - Nachoyah Shrine - Reaching the top of the island with Ascend

After completing the three previous shrines and returning to the Temple of Time, you'll be directed toward a fourth and final shrine, which Rauru handily marks on your map.

To get to Nachoyah Shrine, first fast travel back to the Room of Awakening at the very southern tip of the map. Enter the corridor that leads out and use Ascend when possible to break through to the top of the island. An easy spot to find is underneath the second archway.

You'll come out near a large tree trunk - climb this and stand on the lily pad in the pond within to find a Korok.

Tears of the Kingdom - Nachoyah Shrine - Looking down at the winged devices

Walk to the north now, toward and then past the icon signifying the shrine. Drop down to the stone floor with large winged devices on it, and then turn around to find a cave.

Inside the cave, you'll find a Steward Construct who allows you to turn crystallized charges into Energy Wells, so remember this location for later. You'll also find the shrine.

How To Complete Nachoyah Shrine: The Ability To Rewind

Tears of the Kingdom - Nachoyah Shrine - Using Recall to travel upstream on a platform

When you enter the shrine, you'll gain the ability to Recall. This is a complex ability that will force time to rewind for a particular object. This is time-limited, so you'll need to make sure the object will rewind to the state you need it to be in to suit your needs within the time limit.

The first puzzle is to get across the water. Wooden platforms will periodically travel through the center. The solution here is to get on one of the platforms and use Recall on it.

Tears of the Kingdom - Nachoyah Shrine - Using Recall to ascend a waterfall

After reaching the other side, you'll need to wait for the next platform to fall from the waterfall up ahead, get on top of it, and use Recall on it to ascend the falls. As soon as you reach the top, leap off to the side and continue on into the shrine.

Tears of the Kingdom - Nachoyah Shrine - Using recall to reverse a cogwheel

There is a very large cogwheel to the left in this final room. Use Recall on it, and it will reverse its direction, allowing you to use it to climb up to the platform above and obtain the item in the chest there.

Tears of the Kingdom - Nachoyah Shrine - Using Ultrahand to stick two clockhands together

The gate to the shrine's exit is guarded by a clock hand puzzle. While it might seem like you have to time a Recall to dash out of the gate during the very short period of time it opens when the hands cross, there is a far easier solution.

Use Ultrahand to guide one clock hand to the other and Attach them together. They'll be stuck together, so the gate will stay open, letting you obtain your fourth Blessing of Light and let you complete the Great Sky Island.

To use the winged devices outside the shrine to easily get back to the Temple of Time, use Ultrahand to place one on the rails that slope downward to the edge of the ledge.

Stand on the wings, moving around to steer it in midair.
