Out of every game out there, Fortnite has the widest variety of skins that you can use when entering the Battle Royale. With an incredible amount of crossovers and original content, you and your squad can hop into any game dressed up in a full team consisting of Marvel heroes, anime protagonists, sports stars, and even Rick and Morty characters.

Many of the available skins in Fortnite come with further customizations or edit styles that you can implement to make the skin more unique for you. Some of these customizable skins come with a handful of options that include changing some colors, adding a cape, or changing hairstyles.

7 Renzo the Destroyer

While many skins have slight changes to color or clothing, Renzo the Destroyer features five fully fleshed colorways that you can choose between. The default colorway is already a fantastic look with a dapper-looking outfit with blue-purple accents.

After the default, you unlock more vibrant and distinctive colorways like the white-gold, purple, neon green, and finally, the Mega Wave style which is a royal gold and black with a red afterglow. On top of the style, you can choose to adorn your skin with a luxurious coat that matches the colorway as well as set the skin to be reactive.

6 Drift

Debuting in Season 5, Drift was one of the most iconic skins to come into the game with its distinctive kitsune mask and ostentatious black, gold, and pink coat. The Drift skin starts off simple with a sleeveless shirt.

But, as you gain more season XP, you start to add more fashionable pieces to your character before donning the kitsune mask and eventually the gorgeous black and gold cloak. Finally, the last upgrade you can get unlocks an amazing pink electric light effect that runs through the mask and jacket.

5 Omega

If you ever see this skin fully loaded out in a Fortnite lobby, be prepared for a tough fight. The Omega skin is one of the “OG” skins people love to see in the game because it involved quite a bit of work to unlock the skin’s full potential.

Starting with a simple black morph suit with orange accents, as you progressed in the battle pass more armor was added onto the skin until you got the iconic mask and full body armor. At the final stage, you also unlock four additional colors for the lights that you can select with any of the six stages for the armor.

4 Hybrid

Many of the skins in Fortnite require you to put in some work to unlock the full potential of the skin, so when you see a maxed-out skin you know that that player is someone to watch out for. The Hybrid skin is one of these skins that really shines when you fully unlock it.

You can unlock different stages of the Ninja to Dragon evolution and colors by earning season XP while the clothing colors can be unlocked by doing weekly challenges. The different stages of Ninja to Dragon evolution allow you to be part Ninja and part Dragon, or full Ninja or Dragon.

After selecting your stage, you can choose a color for the ninja’s clothing and a separate color for the dragon’s scales to mix and match the perfect look.

3 Snap

Snap is an outfit from Chapter 3: Season 3 Battle Pass that included a very involved process to unlock its full potential. Every part of the Snap cosmetic skin is interchangeable including the head, each arm, torso, and legs.

Across the Battle Royale map, many important or named locations had Tover Tokens that you could collect to unlock a new body part. With a total of 39 Tover Tokens, players could unlock 21 headpieces, 21 arm pieces, six leg sets, and three torso pieces.

The headpieces feature an array of options that include unique new looks and colors as well as lots of references like Tomatohead, Cuddle Team Bear, and the Durr Burger.

2 Fourth Down Set

For all you American Football fans, the Fourth Down set features eight different outfits that each come with customizable colors that match some of your favorite participating football teams. Just like the Goalbound Set, the Fourth Down set features 36 different color variations each based on a different team plus an additional Fortnite-themed uniform.

Charge at your opponents in the Battle Royale representing teams like the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, or the San Francisco 49ers. Slap on a uniform number from 1 to 99 to represent your favorite players, like 12 for Tom Brady or 9 for Drew Brees.

1 Kymera

Kymera is an alien outfit that features customization that revolves almost entirely around a custom unique head for your character. Debuting in Chapter 2: Season 7, the Kymera skin has a huge amount of unlockable options to allow you to choose the most options for a head in a Fortnite character.

The shape of the head comes in seven varieties paired with seven chin options and seven eye colors. On top of that, you select one of seven skin colors and seven skin patterns that layer onto your alien's face.

Lastly, to continue this pattern of seven, you have seven armor colors, seven armor glows, and seven armor emblems to choose from to complete your custom alien skin.

Goalbound Set

An incredibly popular set, the Goalbound outfit set includes eight different base models in which you can choose your colors based on your country as well as add in a uniform number. More often than not, you’ll see some serious players in your Fortnite lobbies rocking the Clinical Crosser set among the other models like Midfield Maestro or Aerial Threat.

While many different countries participate in soccer and the World Cup, the Goalbound set represents 31 nations from across the world including Mexico, South Korea, Japan, the USA, Canada, and Argentina to name a few. On top of the country, you can select a uniform number from 1 to 99 to match your favorite player.

Gear Specialist Maya

Introduced in Chapter 2: Season 2, Gear Specialist Maya might seem like a basic skin that’s similar to many other skins, but in reality has an incredible amount of customization. The customizable parts include hairstyle, tattoos, sleeves, boots, shirt colors, vest, helmet, pants colors, face painting, and a scarf.

With all the available options for each, you could create over 9.2 million unique combinations. Gear Specialist Maya was the first skin to have this kind of style customization but is a bit different.

When you select a style, it becomes permanent to the skin and cannot be changed. This is the only skin with this limitation and since then, Fortnite has allowed all customizable skins to be re-made at any time.

Boundless Set

The Boundless Set is a series of outfits for customizable superheroes that you can purchase in the Item Shop. There is a series of different base models for the superheroes that you can choose include Backlash, Blastoff, Dynamo Dancer, Firebrand, Hunter, Joltara, Hypersonic, Polarity, Wanderlust, and the Mighty Volt.

While the base models are different, each model has the same set of seven patterns, four materials, and 25 colors to mix and match from. Each pattern has a primary and secondary section that can be made to be completely different and other options include masks, eye masks, glowing eyes, belts, and an emblem.

You can easily match up with friends or replicate your favorite hero.
